Protocol*

I make sure that the Organizer of the event sufficiently informs the waiter(s) of the service sequence of the guests (guest of honor, host, co-host, etc.) before the event.

Drinks*

I make sure that in case the Organizer provides the drinks, those are sufficiently chilled by the starting time of the event (water, juice, white wine, sparkling wine should be put in the fridge on the previous day).
I declare to know, that in case of the coffee is not part of the caterer's offer, the Organizer's responsibility is to take care of it (including the coffee brewing and placing the accessories onto the buffet).

Accessibility*

I inform the security staff about the catering (staff and accessories usually arrive 1-2 hours before the event).

Cancellation Policy*

In case of change concerning the number of participants, I inform the caterer at least 72 hours before the event. The change is only accepted when written confirmation has been sent by the caterer. Moreover, I acknowledge that in case of last-minute cancellation (proven emergency or unexpected change) within 48 hours before delivery, 50% of the canceled amount will be charged to you due to the perishable nature of our products and time-sensitive services.

Additional staff services in case of delay*

I declare to know and accept that any significant delay (more than 60 min), not notified in advance, during a fixed-price job may result in the invoicing of additional staff services. (Waiter service: 28 EUR/person/hour, Chef service: 35 EUR/person/hour)
